6 BENT OVER ROWS WITH DUMBBELLS × 4 sets × 12 reps on each arm
Place a dumbbell on the floor on the left-hand side of a bench. ››› Keeping your left foot on the ground and your toes pointing forwards, place your right knee in the centre of the bench, then bend over and grip the top of the bench with your right hand. ››› Keeping your back straight, slowly pick up the dumbbell with your left hand, making sure to keep your arm in tight to your body as you do so. ››› Pull the dumbbell up into your armpit region and hold the dumbbell there for a fraction of a second, then slowly bring it back down to extend your arm. ››› Continue this movement for the full amount of sets and reps, then repeat with alternate arm.
